My Kind of Contract

Dear reader, I came across this contract the other day. Food for thought.

While the lawyers will be horrified, there are many ways of doing business. One is to only work with people you trust. If you are not willing to sign this kind of contract with someone, perhaps you shouldn’t be working with them.

If worst comes to worst, and it goes wrong, rather than trying to pursue legal remedies, there is an alternative: take the loss, and never work with that person again.
