Henry Chong is the Founder & CEO of Fusang, a digital securities exchange connecting brokers and banks on a global scale to private markets and alternative investments. Fusang is built to serve, not disrupt, traditional financial intermediaries by enabling trading, custody and clearing of investments through a regulated ecosystem.

Fusang bridges access to markets where global product distribution is underserved, and products present higher margin opportunities for brokers, including equities, bonds, funds, sukuk, and alternatives. Henry is a Member of the Fusang Exchange's Exchange Committee, and is the Chairman of its Listing Committee.

Henry works closely with global institutional investors and financial regulators to bring professionalism and structure to the industry, and is a regular keynote speaker on the subject of digital assets. He is a member of the University of Oxford's Digital Assets Project at the Commercial Law Centre.

Henry is also a Vice-Chairman of Portcullis: The Asian Wealth Manager. Portcullis is Asia's biggest independent group of trust companies, and provides a one-stop shop for corporate, trustee and fund administration services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, philanthropies, private banks, and investment managers.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics & Economics and a Master of Arts from the University of Oxford, a Masters of Science in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and a Certificate in Chinese Language & Literature from Peking University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Royal Asiatic Society.
